Licensed for over 8 years, Dan Asleson has owned, rehabed, managed, leased and sold homes all over the Twin Cities. He started his career with 5 great years at Coldwell Banker Burnet's Minneapolis office, then he headed towards greener pastures with Realty Executives for a few years before opening up HALO Properties with his business partner JP Strate.
Before his venture into real estate Dan enjoyed 6 years at both Gustavus Adolphus and the University of Minnesota studying Physics and Electrical Engineering.
He currently sits on the Professional Standards Board for the Minnesota Association of Realtors. He is a member of the Multi-Housing Association and has completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI)

Before his debut into real estate he held a position at Petry Media a television marketing company located in downtown Minneapolis.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Liz Spillman joined the HALO Properties team in June of 2009. She is the main contact for both potential tenants looking for a property to suit their needs to current tenants who have questions about their rental property. She manages all of the day to day operations of this busy company from advertising available properties to coordinating lease signings. Prior to beginning her career with HALO Properties, Liz worked in group incentive travel for BI, The Business Improvement Company, in Edina, MN. |
