What are your management fees?

Answer

We get paid nothing up front until the property is rented. Our leasing fee is 85% of one
month’s rent each time a new tenant needs to be found. Our ongoing management fee is 8% of
monthly rent collected. Lease renewals are 25% of one month’s rent. There is also a one time setup
fee of $75.
