We advertise on approximately 8-10 internet websites. This includes every other day postings on Craig’s List (by far where most potential tenants look  for rental property) and our company website. We will also put a sign in their yard provided there are no restrictions against doing so. Paper advertising is available at the owner’s expense but is usually ineffective in finding tenants.
