Tenant Guarantee

HALO Properties and Management prides itself on putting only the best renters in our managed properties.  We use the best background checks available to ensure that we get the most accurate and complete information possible about potential tenants.

Because we use the best background checks in the business we are confident enough to guarantee tenants placed for 6 months*

*If tenant needs to be replaced in the first 6 months due to lease violations (late rent, noise, association violations, etc.) we will replace the tenant at no additional charge.  Guarantee only applies to tenants with a 12 month or more lease term.   Property must be utilizing our Management Service and doesn't apply to properties where we only locate a tenant.
